NCCT IS NOW ACCEPTING ENTRIES FOR DOKYUBATA 2024!

 

 

Ngayong 2024, kikilalanin ng NCCT ang mga kwentong magpapaningas ng pagbabago sa pananaw ng mga Pilipino. Mga kwentong sinaliksik, naka-angkla sa katotohanan, at naka-balangkas sa Halagahang Pilipino (“Filipino Values”).

Sa ika-walong taon ng DokyuBata, ang tema ay “Alab ng Dokyu: Mga Isyu sa Kalinangan, Klima, Kalusugan, at Komunidad.” Iikot ang mga kalahok na dokumentaryo sa mga kwento ng:

Kalinangan (Culture and history)

  1. Tangible and Intangible Heritage
  2. Filipino Heroes
  3. Malikhaing Pinoy 

Klima (Climate Change)

  1. Biodiversity
  2. Food Security
  3. Disaster-Preparedness

Kalusugan (Public Health)

  1. Public Healthcare System
  2. Traditional and Alternative Medicine Breakthroughs
  3. Mental Health and Wellbeing

 Komunidad (Communities)

  1. Children’s Rights 
  2. Community Development 
  3. Advocacies and Innovations

Iugnay ang paksang napili sa isang halagahang Pilipino na Maagap, Mahusay, Mapagkakatiwalaan at Naninindigan. Pumili lamang ng angkop na halagahan sa inyong paksa.  

Ang pag-uugnay ng mga isyu sa halagahang Pilipino ay pag-unawa sa kung paano tayo tumutugon sa mga isyung kinakaharap natin bilang mamamayan ng bansa. Malikhaing hahabiin ang mga kuwento at mga halagahang Pilipino upang ang bawat pagbabago ay nakaugat sa mas malalim pang kamalayan ng ating pagka-Pilipino.

Ang huling araw ng pasahan ng entries ay sa Setyembre 02, 2024.

SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES

  1. The competition will accept submissions from June 27, 2024, to September 2, 2024. The deadline for submissions is September 2, 2024, at 11:59 P.M. There is no entry fee.
  1. Relatives in the first degree of consanguinity or affinity of NCCT Secretariat, Council Members, and DokyuBata 2024 Judges are disqualified from participating.
  1. Entries must have been produced not earlier than January 2024.
  1. Participants must complete the DokyuBata 2024 Online Entry Form and await the drive link to be sent by the DokyuBata Team.
  1. Entries and requirements must be uploaded to the provided link. Steps for uploading:
    • Create a Main Folder with the format:
      (DB2024Entry_Title of the Documentary_Production Team Name) Ex. DB2024Entry_Makabata_JuanDelaCruzProduction
    • Inside the Main Folder, create separate folders for the Documentary, Documents, and Production Photos
  1. Each member of the production team, as well as the supervising adult, must submit a photocopy or scanned copy of an identification document (e.g., valid ID, birth certificate, passport, barangay tax certificate/cedula, etc.)
  1. Each submission must include:
    • A completed DokyuBata 2024 Online Entry Form.
    • The documentary entry must be in avi, mov, or mp4 container.
    • A copy of the completed DokyuBata 2024 Official Entry Form and Checklist/Release Form.
    • Proof of identification of team members and the supervising adult.
    • Three to five photos documenting the actual production and editing of the entry.
  1. Receipt of submissions will be acknowledged via electronic mail.
  1. Only production team members, cast, supervising adults, schools, communities, or organizations of shortlisted entries will receive a Certificate of Participation
