The Department of Education Secretary Leonor Magtolis Briones has reassigned and designated Dr. Ella Cecilia G. Naliponguit, Assistant Director of BLSS-OD as the Officer-in-Charge of the Office of the Executive Director of the National Council for Children’s Television.

Dr. Naliponguit shall sign official correspondence in the following manner:
