Notice to the Public – OIC-Office of the Executive Director III

In view of the retirement of Mrs. Delia C. Hernandez, Department of Education Secretary Bro. Armin A. Luistro has designated Mr. Rizalino Jose T. Rosales, Officer-in-Charge of the Office of the Director IV, Public Affairs Service, as OIC – Executive Director III of the National Council for Children’s Television.

Future communications concerning NCCT must be addressed to Dir. Rosales.

Dir. Rosales shall sign official correspondence in the following manner:
